- Room Names: General Session in Salons E-H, Breakouts in Florida/Tennessee/Alabama/Georgia Rooms, Vendor Area in Salon E/F portion of the Grand Foyer and Southern Foyer.
Set-Up and Tear-Down
- Set-Up Time: Begin at 5pm on November 29th, 2023 (ready by 7am on November 30th)
- Tear-Down Time: 5pm on December 1st, 2023
Booth Details
- Booth Size: 6 ft table
- Banner Space: Space for a retractable banner behind and a small one on the table
- Flooring: Carpeted area
- Electrical Outlets: Available at tables (details pending)
- Internet Access: Provided (level of service being determined)
- Booth Separation: No poles or cloth separating vendors
Sponsorship and Promotion
- Logo and Website Display: Part of sponsorship; will be set up on the website (please provide logo and company overview)
Additional Information
- Attendee List: Will be provided to exhibitors this week (informational purposes only – no spamming)
- Trade Show Hours: Refer to the vendor agenda
- Event Map: Available for vendors
- Welcome Reception: Starts at 6pm, sponsored by ATI
